Bell was born in 1890,[1] the daughter of James Georgeson and Ellen Walker.[2] Their family immigrated to America in 1900 and lived in San Francisco, California.[3] By 1910, they had moved to Alameda, California.[4]
She married Leonard C Hall and their family lived in Bakersfield, Kern, California.[5] In 1930, they were living in Santa Rosa, Sonoma, California.[6] In 1940, they had returned to Bakersfield.[7]
