Biography
Zlatko was born in 1922 in Ravno which in present day it is part of Bosnia and Herzegovina; but back in 1922 it was said to be part of Croatia. He identified as a Croatian-French man.
His father was French from an unknown town in Alsace-Lorraine. His Mother was from Zagreb, Croatia. His paternal family fled France after the first world war. [1]
