Biography

Thomas Gerard was born in England.

Thomas Gerard, son and heir of Peter Gerard and Isabel Strangeways, was born 15 July 1431.^[1]

He married first to Douce Assheton, daughter of Sir Thomas Assheton, by settlement dated 1440.^[1]

He was married second to Cecily Foulshurst and they had two sons, including Peter.^[1]

Thomas died 27 March 1490.^[1]
