Hello, Beverly!

Congratulations on certifying to work on pre-1700 profiles! It’s VERY IMPORTANT to read and understand the Help:Pre-1700 Profiles page. These profiles for deep ancestors are shared by many, and collaborating on them works best if we all follow the guidelines in the certification quiz.

Primary sources should always be added to pre-1700 profiles at the time they are created. If you don't have a source for a pre-1700 profile, it would be best to ask for help in the G2G forum before creating the profile.

Hi Beverly,

Please remove Category:Personal Categories from your profile. It's not meant to hold individual profiles. I do see your personal profile attached, too, and that's the correct use. Thanks for using categories!

Beverly!

Hello from across Wikitree (I manage a 'few' Depew profiles myself, and if you'd like, please subscribe to the "Depew" family edits on here).

I also figured I'd invite you to join 'The Depew Family' facebook group at https://www.facebook.com/groups/289645541197719/ that I (and a few others on here) manage.

I've been working since early 2014 to try to link the Depew/DePew name to anyone earlier than about 1700, and also to see who all the cousins/sons/daughters are (there were a couple early generations of 11 kids each, but I am only of -one- of those links).

I hope this comment finds you well, and look forward to hopefully hearing back from you soon!

Hi, Beverly. I saw Adeline Stubblebine Cook and figured she must be somehow related to my Stubblebines, so I did some quick research and added a bit of what I found to her profile. Her death certificate says she died in 1951, but you have her death date as 1940.

Hi Beverly, I saw Danielle's comment below, so I checked our relationship. You and I are also cousins: 15th cousins twice removed! Thanks for your note to me about adding sources. When you do go back and add a source to a biography, it is appropriate to remove the 'unsourced' category:
This profile lacks source information. Please add sources that support the facts.
But please don't remove it from profiles where you haven't yet entered a source. That category is there so other WikiTreers can find it to help you. Thanks!! Kay Wilson

Hi Beverly,

Just been working on some ancestors, and came across your name as profile manager on some. Out of curiosity, I checked our relationship, we're 6th cousins once removed. Hello cousin!  :D
