Biography
Maria was baptized 20 June 1852 at Hamburg Lutheran Church, London. She was the daughter of She was the daughter of John Gerken and Catherine Evers. [1] [2]
Maria arrived into Lyttelton aboard "Cashmere" on 23 October 1855, with her parents, brother John (6) and infant sister, Anna Maria. [3]
She married John Henry Ridder in 1878. [4]
She passed away in 1919. [5]
