Biography
Purnamoyee was born in Lahore, in the Punjab of what was then India, in about 1901. No specific year date was found but she died on 25 April 1978 aged 77. Sananda states that she was 3 years younger than I, and had a remarkable aptitude for household management at even a young age. She married Sri Arindam Sarkar, M.Sc. of Serampore who was an employee of the Bengal-Nagpur Railway like her father. They had 1 son and 4 daughters.
