Biography

Leonardo was born in 1843 to Angelo Giambalvo and Francesca Lumia ^[1]. He married Antonina Ferraro in 1892 when he was 49 and she 31 ^[2]. Antonina died fairly soon, for 18 months later Leonardo married again. In 1894, he married Rosalia Gulotta ^[3] -- her first marriage -- and they had several children.

He was widowed again within 9 years. In 1903 he married the widow Desiderata San Filippo ^[4].

Occupation was sharecropper farmer, per his 3 marriage records.
