Alexander Gibb[1] may have been born circa 1765. He was a gardener in 1789.[2]
He married Isabel Sim in Gilcomston Parish Church on Saturday 12 September 1789 in Gilcomston, Aberdeenshire.[3][4] He was a gardener in May 1796 in Old Machar, Aberdeen.[5]
Alexander, as the father of the groom, attended the wedding of James and Christian Angus in the house Rev Robert Doig on Thursday 2 October 1817 in Aberdeen.. Christian and James went on to have six known children together.[6][7] He was a gardener.[8]
