Biography

Children included: Mary Ann (sister or daughter? b. abt 1852 - there is a marriage record for her where mother is listed as Maria Hanna, the same middle name as Alexander), Frank, Mariah and Alexander. Charles was the son of John Gibbard and Margaret Hanna. The family are listed as Methodists.

John Gibbard founded the Gibbard Furniture Company in Greater Napanee, Ontario, in 1835 which closed in 2010. Was this his father or brother?
