Biography
Lucy Jane Gibbons, the daughter of Thomas Gibbons and Lucy Hogsflesh, was born on 31 March 1861 at Gosport, Hampshire, England. [1] Birthplace confirmed in England and Wales 1881 Census.[2]
She married Robert Dudley Persse, son of William Browne Persse and Emily Margaret Wood, on 26 September 1882 at Gosport, Hampshire, England. [3]
