Biography
Elizabeth (Gibbons) Home is Notable.
Elizabeth Gibbons was born about 1704 in Jamaica, the only child of William Gibbons and his wife, Deborah (Favell). [1]
She first married James Lawes, on the 20th of October 1720.[2] He died in January 1732/3.
Elizabeth married for a second time on the 25th of December 1742, to William, the eighth Earl of Home, but he apparently deserted her on the 24th of February the following year. [1] There were no children from either marriage.
