John Goff/Gough who married Amia Gibbs apparently died back in Somersetshire, England about 1634 or 1635, and she probably died in England as well.

John Goffe who died in 1641 (Massachusetts) was apparently younger and was born in London (maiden name his wife Amy is apparently unknown): https://www.ancestry.com/family-tree/person/tree/11040885/person/6005295423/facts?ssrc=

I added a link to the will of John Goffe, husband of Amy, dated 1641 Ipswich, Mass. I don't know if this is the same person. Amy has a brother, Giles, who also has a will dated 1641, but in Connecticut (see WikiTree profile for Giles).
