Gibbs-6462 and Gibbs-4325 appear to represent the same person because: They are the same person. Husbands are same. Daughter Dinah French was married twice, to Wm Jaques 16 Jan 1813 and to John Timms 15 Jun 1834.

Other things being equal, I would say that this profile and Mary (Gibbs) French (1745-1806) represent the same person, because their birth dates, death dates, and husbands' names match. But i am not certain that their husbands are actually the same person, and the two daughters named Dinah look distinctly different.
