Biography

Alvena was born March 31, 1902. She was the daughter of Wm Gibson and Mary Chenowith.^[1] In 1920 she was serving in the home of commercial produce broker Clarence W. Christopher at 610 Lake Street, Petoskey, Emmet, Michigan, United States.^[2]

Alvena Gibson married Robert Shelton February 11, 1921, in Clark County, Indiana, United States.^[3] In 1930 they lived in Louisville, Jefferson, Kentucky, United States.^[4]

Alvena Shelton died June 2, 1985.^[5][6] She was buried at Highland Memory Gardens in Mount Washington, Bullitt County, Kentucky, USA.^[7]
