My dad Paul Barker son of Oda Jane Loveday Barker LOVED "Merkey" or Merrica It took me forever to realized they all called her a shortend name America! She was a favorite of all my dads family.

She had a fraternal twin sister named Lucy and they were born on July 4th. That's why they named her America. Her and Roy used grew tobacco.
