Byron Gibson was born April 8, 1873 in New Brunswick[1] in Carleton County, New Brunswick.[2] He was a son of Thomas Craig Gibson and Rebecca (?) Gibson of Carleton County.[3][4]
He married Helen Gregg after 1901 and thereafter was a farmer in Jacksvonville, Carleton County.[5]
Byron passed away on November 22, 1917 of influenza at the age of 44 in Jacksonville at the age of 44,[2] and is interred at the Jacksonville Community Cemetery. He left a young family, which later resettled in Fredericton not being able to keep up the farm after his death.[5]
