Moulton, Texas, June 28 - Emil Gieptner, 77, former member of the legislature from Lavaca County, died at his home at Novohrad, east of here, Wednesday morning after a lingering illness. Burial will take place in the Catholic Cemetery at Praha Friday morning. Surviving are his widow and eight children: Mrs. August Karasek, Mrs. A. Brosch and Alfred Gieptner of Shiner, Emil Gieptner Jr. of Schulenburg, Mrs. Frank Pavlicek and Mrs. Adolph Pavlas of Novohrad and Mrs. J. J. Migl of Seguin.
