Thomas Giffard was a member of the aristocracy in British Isles.
Biography
He was the son of Thomas Giffard, 22nd of Chillington and Barbara Throckmorton.[1]He married Hon. Charlotte Courtenay, daughter of Frances Clack and William Courtenay, 2nd Viscount Courtenay of Powderham Castle on the 23rd of June 1788.[1] He died on 1 August 1823.[1]
