Robert was born in 1803, (per the Giffen book) or 1804, (per his tombstone) in Belmont Co., OH. He married Sarah Hinkle, 7 Apr 1825. He passed away in 1866. I've never found him in a federal census ? He and some of his siblings changed the spelling of the surname from "en", to "in".
