Please note year of birth on Find a Grave is unsourced and is inferred from headstone. Also earliest record for Adeline which directly lists age suggests a birth year of 1825. Plus the year of birth for her husband on his headstone is wrong. His father Richard died in 1822, so Watson could not have been born in 1824.
