Biography

This is NOT the wife of Gilbert Beecher Hatheway 1868-1963, son of Robert and Rebecca Hathaway. Also, my only 2 remaining aunts on that side tell me that they do not remember their grandfather Gilbert at all.

Selinda was born in 1862. She is last known to be in the 1901 Census Record for Lorne Parish, Victoria County, New Brunswick, Canada in the household of her husband and is assumed to have died in 1902. More than likely she is buried beside her husband.

She was the 1st born child of 6, to Daniel Giggey and Elizabeth E. Fairbanks.
