Daughter of Samuel D. Gilbert (1859-1938) & Nancy F. "Nervy" Milligan (1874-1966),
Martha Rebecca Gilbert was born on February 22, 1904, in Hollywood, Alabama.
She married widower Horace L Blancett on February 4, 1928, in Fackler, Alabama.[1]
She died on November 4, 2001, in Scottsboro, Alabama,[2] at the age of 97, and was buried in Pisgah Cemetery,
Pisgah, Jackson County, Alabama.[3],[4]
