Abelina Gilbert. Born 10 MAR 1710. Westfield, Massachusetts. Died Age: 64. 03 JUN 1774. Sheffield, Massachusetts. Buried Sheffield, Berkshire County, Massachusetts. [1][2][3]

Abilena (twin) born on March 10, 1710, at Lebanon; d. before 1793;

m. Saxton (perhaps James Saxton of Westfield and Sheffield, Mass., b. Nov. 9, 1702, d. Sheffield, Oct. 31, 1756;

settled in Sheffield about 1743). [See C. E. Booth, One Branch of the Booth Family, p. 40.] [4] ; [5]

She married James Sexton, son of James & Ann (Bancroft) Sexton, on 8 Jun 1728 at Westfield, Hampden, MA

Their children were James, Ann, Mercy, William, Jasper, Asher, Ebenezer, Desire, Frederick, Rhoda & Abigail

NEHGS (Barbour Collection) shows her b. at Lebanon, New London, CT, rather than at adjoining Colchester (as shown at "Born" above) or Westfield (shown in bio); twin with Sarah. -- The Westfield reference looks like confusion with a cousin Abilene Gilbert's line associated with that area of MA.
