DNA Connections

However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Jane:
Wilkey-390 and Gilbert-899 do not represent the same person because: Wilkey-390 is shown in the 1850 United States Census, at about one year of age, with her parents Samuel and Sarah (nee Franklin Wilkey). She does not appear to have married before her death in 1898. Gilbert-899 appears to be an entirely different individual, "married into" the Wilkey family.
Wilkey-390 and Gilbert-899 appear to represent the same person because: they share the same vital statistics. Mary Jane Wilkey appears to be the spouse of Samuel Franklin Wilkey rather than his sister.
