Wilson Franklin Gilchrist was born 12 March 1911 most likely in the Whistler community of Mobile, Mobile County, Alabama, United States. He was the youngest son of James Damascus Gilchrist (1874-1968) and Epsie Ann (Anderson) Gilchrist (1878-1914). He passed away 26 April 1911 in the Whistler community of Mobile, Mobile County, Alabama when he was only 22 days old. He was buried in Elam Cemetery which is located in Eight Mile, an unincorporated community in Mobile County, Alabama.[1][2][3]
