Biography

Lydia Sarah Giles was born in Reading, Berkshire in about 1833, the daughter of Robert Giles and Mary Rand. She was baptised on 15 May 1833 in St Mary Parish Church, Reading, Berkshire. This was on the same day as Mary Ann and it's possible that they were twins. ^[1]

Lydia died ion 24 Mar 1838, aged 4 years, at Boarded Lane, Reading, of "Typhus Fever". Her death was registered by Robert on 25th Mar 1838.
