Abigail Giles was born on 3 August 1765 in Boothbay, Maine. Her parents were Joseph Giles and Martha (Pinkham) Giles^[1].

She married Benjamin Pinkham on 18 January 1792 in Boothbay^[2]. They had nine children^[1]:
