Abigail Giles was born on 3 August 1765 in Boothbay, Maine. Her parents were Joseph Giles and Martha (Pinkham) Giles[1].
She married Benjamin Pinkham on 18 January 1792 in Boothbay[2]. They had nine children[1]:

2. Martha, born 8 Feb 1795; married Joel Thompson
3. Benjamin, born 11 Jan 1797; died 1821
4. Mercy, born 28 Oct 1798; married William Carlisle
5. Abigail, born 19 Nov 1800; married John Murray
6. Cynthia, born 9 Jun 1803; married David Adams
7. Paul, born 31 Aug 1805; married 1st Martha Adams, 2nd Mrs. Cordelia Kelley
8. Sarah, born 31 Aug 1805; married John Reed
9. Mary, born 24 Aug 1809; married James Adams
Abigail passed away on 18 December 1848 in Boothbay[1] and is buried in Kenniston Cemetery[3].
