Biography

He passed away in 1784.

Birth
"Nov'r 14th 1733 then was born Jacob Giles son of
Jacob Giles and Hannah his wife." [1]
There is a marriage for the daughter of Jacob GILES, that takes place December 7th 1769.  :SO does this Jacob Giles FIT, like his age when the daughter Elizabeth was born?
1769 the daughter would have to be at least, say 16... so that would make her born 1753..
And for the father to have her in 1753 he would probably be at least 17?? that would be 1736 that Jacob would have to have been born................ :"Nov'r 14th 1733" SO THIS looks like it is pretty prefect.................. so until we can find another SOURCE that proves differently we will use this Jacob.
