She was baptised as Jenny (the diminutive form of Jane), but marriage and burial record have Jane.

Jenny aka Jane Gill was born in 1787 to Robert Gill & Jane Rule who were married 1785 in Truro. On 22 July 1787 she was baptised at St Gluvias. ^[1]

On 12 May 1810 William Carvosso and Jane Gill were married at St Gluvias, Cornwall, England. William was a farmer.
