Biography
Lucy was born about 1832 in Cleeve, Somerset. [1]
When Lucy was about 21 she married Alfred Edgerton in September 1853 in Bristol, England. Reference: 2834[2] Alfred was a Cigar Maker, his father William Christopher Edgerton was a Tailor. Lucy's father Jesse Woodrow Gillard was a Saddler. Walter Gillard was a witness. [3] The couple appear to have had no children.
In 1861 Alfred and Lucy were living in Westbury on Trym. Alfred was a Cigar Maker. [1]
