Biography
Georgia Harris was enumerated at Post Office San Marcos, Subdivision Number 12, Hays County, Texas for the August 16, United States Census, 1860. She was noted as born 1837 in Georgia as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household are male Buck Harris, female Liba Harris and female Annie Harris.[1]
Georgia Gillespie was listed as the mother of John C Harris who died December 8, 1949 in San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas. The father was listed as Buckner Harris.[2]
Georgia Gillespie Harris is buried at City Cemetery #1 in San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas, USA.[3]
