Biography
Miles was born in 1835. He was the son of David Gillette. He lived with Myron and Mariah Stedman in 1850. [1] He married Phebe Dustin in 1860. [2] Their children were:
- Burton Miles Gillett 1861 - 1932
- David Commodore Gillett 1865 - 1915
- Olive L. Gillett Kendrick 1866 - 1933
- Hattie A. Gillett Jewell 1873 - 1945
- Clarence Gillett 1878 - 1960
They lived in Delhi, Ingham, Michigan. [3] Miles passed away in 1928 [4] and is buried in Mount Hope Cemetery, Lansing, Ingham County, Michigan.[5]
