Biography
Mason GILLIAM was born about 1775, in North Carolina, the child of Mason Gilliam, Sr. He married Charity BROWN on May 5, 1801, in Lincoln County, North Carolina. They had five children during their marriage. He died about 1845, in Lincoln County, North Carolina, at the age of 70.
His daughter Hester was born about 1803, in North Carolina.
Mason's father Mason Gilliam, Sr., passed away in 1810 at the age of 53.
His wife Charity passed away in 1840 at the age of 55. They had been married 39 years.
