Mary Ann Gillis and George Yeo, from Lot 16, were married in 1885. [3]
On the 1891 census, Mary Ann said that both of her parents were born in Scotland. She and George had 3 daughters. The family had expanded to 3 girls and 2 boys by 1901. Their youngest daughter Jennie was born in 1902.[4]
The sympathy of this community is extended to the family of the late Mrs. George Yeo of Knutsford, who passed to the Great Beyond on Jan. 28th. A life long resident of Knutsford she was loved and honoured by a large circle of relatives and friends.[5]
