Olga was born in 1898. She was the daughter of Joseph Gillitzer and Caecelia Loosbroek. She passed away in 1971.

Obituary

Funeral Services Conducted Monday For Olga Theisen

Funeral services for Mrs. Olga Theisen of Blackduck were conducted Monday at St. Ann's Catholic Church in Blackduck. Her death occured Wednesday, December 29, 1971 at Orange City, Florida where she was visitiing relatives. The Rev Paul Ishler officiated at the services and burial was at Lakeview cemetery, Blackduck. Olga Gillitzer was born October 30, 1898 at Collegeville. She was married to John Theisen October 22, 1918 at St. John's Catholic Church. They lived in Waite Park for five years, moving to Shooks in 1923. Four years later they moved south of Blackduck, residng there for four years before moving to a farm one-half mile north of Blackduck, where she lived until the death of her husband June 25, 1968, when she moved to Blackduck. Mrs. Theisen was an active member of St. Ann's Catholic Church in Blackduck, of the ladies division of the church, and of the Blackduck Senior Citizen's club. She is survived by four sons, Herbert, Minneapolis; Ray, Blackduck; Albert, Hines; and Melvin, Blackduck; five daughters, Mrs. Francis Walz (Marcella), St. Cloud; Mrs. Hubert Wegman (Loretta), Minneapolis; Mrs. Cyril Hentges (CLara), Lamoni, IA; Mrs. Roy Wegman (Arlene), Foley; and Mrs. Stanley Husmann (Marion), Minneapolis; four sisters, Mrs. Oswald Stueve (Katie), Melrose; Mrs. Bill Schwegel (Ida), St. Joseph; Mrs, Mike Schwegel (Tillie), Hines; and Mrs. Matt Steckel (Gertie), Waite Park; and four brothers, Pius Gillitzer, Waite Park; Hugo Gillitzer, St. Joseph; James Gillitzer, Orange City, FL; and Mike Gillitzer, Blackduck. Also surviving are 69 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her husband, three brothers, one sister and one grandchild. Pallbearers were Elmer Notsch, John Sperl, Roman Hentges, Gregor Hommerding, Orville Olson and John Hentges, Jr. Honorary pallbearers were Terry Morgans, John Hentges, Sr, William Yancker, Weldon Johnson, A.T. Rozycki,
