Biography

Elizabeth was born in 1825. She was the daughter of Herbert Gillman and Mary Haynes.

MARRIAGE
On the 5th February 1850 in Dunmanway Church, (Drumanway) county of Cork by the Rev. William Meade, Richard Beamish esq. late of Wellington New Zealand, to Elizabeth, eldest daughter of the late Herbert Gillman esq. of Dunmanway.

She emigrated with Richard to New Zealand on the "Eden" in 1850.[1]

Elizabeth died before 1864, as in 1864 Richard Beamish married his second wife Phoebe Hobbs. Richard Beamish died at Drury, just out of Auckland, New Zealand in 1871.
