Message Board Post: Hello, I live in New Zealand. One of Edward Valentine and Maria's twin daughters Agnes Lily known as Lily, married Arthur Opie who were my grandparents. I am researching the family and would love to hear from you about Edward and the history of the family, and which ship they sailed on. [5]

Edward was my great great grandfather and came here to New Zealand from Herefordshire. He married Maria O'Keefe from Kildare, Ireland, in Christchurch New Zealand in 1869. I am interested in finding out more about the family, prior to coming out to New Zealand. I would also like to identify the ship that he and his family came out on. Many thanks and hi to any relatives I have out there. [7]
