Biography

Israel was born about 1707. He was the son of Jeremiah Gilman and Mary Wiggin.

He married 1st Deborah Thing (1708–1738), daughter of John Thing.

He married 2nd Ruth Sanborn (1719–1759).

He passed away in 1768.

Gilman-1722 and Gilman-1396 appear to represent the same person because: Israel was b 14 Feb 1707, not 1689. The 2 wives listed are correct. The genealogy given as a source does not give a birth date. Please merge.
