Biography

Rachel Gilmour was born at Partick in the parish of Govan, Lanarkshire in 1889.[1] She was the daughter of Thomas Gilmore and Ellen Tedford.[2]
The 1891 census recorded the family at no. 80 Anderson Street in Partick, Lanarkshire.[2] By 1901, they had removed to no. 206 Castlebank Street in the same city.[3]
On 13th June 1910, Rachel married David Keating, jun., by declaration at Govan.[4]
Rachel Keating née Gilmour died in Govan registration district, Lanarkshire, in 1951, aged sixty-two years.[5]
