Anna was born in 1702. She was the daughter of Joseph Gilpin and Hannah Glover. Anna Gilpin In 1724 she married Joseph Miller. They had one known child, son Isaac. She again married in 1739 to Richard Hallett. She passed away in 1759. She is buried at the Quaker Meeting House Cemetery in Queens, NY.
