Biography

Thomas John Gilstrap was born in 1836 at Morgan County Tennessee. He was the son of Isaac Gilstrap and Lockey Davis. Thomas married Mary Ann "Annie" McClendon on Aug 29, 1858 at Washington County Arkansas. He passed away on Nov 1, 1862 at Cross Hollow Arkansas and was laid to rest in Fayetteville National Cemetery at Fayetteville Arkansas.[1]
