Biography

Marie Louise, the daughter of Pierre Amable Girard and Marie Josephe Revau; was born on 5 MAR 1787 and baptized the same day at L'Assomption de La Pointe-de-Montréal du Detroit, Providence of Canada. [1][2] Her sponsors were François Reveau and Marie Louise Meloche.

Marie Louise and Paul Laframboise were married on 9 JUL 1805 at Assumption Catholic Church, Windsor, Essex, Ontario, Canada. [3] The witnesses were Antoine Boufard and Joseph Boufard. Were also present for the groom Jean-Baptiste Laframboise his brother, and for the bride Pierre Amable Girard her father, Pierre Lesperance and Etienne Meloche. [4]

Their daughter Marie Louise was born on 14 FEB 1810 and baptized 30 APR 1810 at Assumption Church, Sandwich, Essex, Ontario, Canada. [5]

Following the death of Paul Laframboise, Marie Louise remarried to Chrysostom Antaya (11 Apr 1784 - 27 AUG 1843), son of Jean Baptiste Antaya and Catherine Marie Bergeron; at Assumption Church, Windsor, Essex, Ontario, Canada. [6]

Marie Louise died on 6 MAR 1863 and was buried on 8 MAR 1863 at Assumption Church Cemetery, , Windsor, Essex, Ontario, Canada. [7]
