Find A Grave gives a death date and location of 17 Aug 1917, Assumption Parish, Louisiana even though he is buried in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Sanderson, Terrell County, Texas and his grave marker shows 1883-1918. Family Search's global tree gives a death date of 30 Sep 1918 with a location of Texas, but like Find A Grave cites no sources. No Texas death record could be found.
