In 1911 Eva was the youngest of the 3 daughters of Gonzague and Emma Girouard. The family was farming near Prince Albert.[2] In 1916 the family, which now was 6 daughters, had moved back to Manitoba and was farming at Ste Anne Parish.[3] The family would remain in the same location in the Springfield district and after the birth of a 7th daughter, son Edward was born about 1920.[4]
Eva would die in 1997 and be buried at Ste Anne Roman Catholic Cemetery.[5]
