Yes we are gettng two messages on the one hand it says you are manager but on the profile it is showing as needing adopting. I suggest you adopt it even if it says your are already manager.
You have to be logged into your account to do this.
It is a little odd to see both

Thank you for your message, Girouard-2487 currently has no profile manager. To become manager of the profile just click on the words "adopt this profile." It is then yours to look after which is what you want to do, but cannot do because of the privacy settings
