Biography
Charles Tranquille was born on 20 June 1849 in Anse aux Basques (Newport). He was the son of Charles Giroux and Victoire Blais. He was baptised on 11 August 1849 in Percé (Gaspé).
He passed away at the age of 74 on 13 July 1923 in Ste Adélaïde de Pabos (Gaspé).
He was buried on 16 July 1923 in Ste Adélaïde de Pabos (Gaspé).
