Biography
Louis "Jean Louis", fils de Pierre GIROUX et Marie Anne HUOT, est né et baptisé le 10 janvier 1819 à Châteauguay. [1] Il est le petit-fils de Barthelemy Giroux et Marie Anne Doré.
Il épouse Catherine Gervais dite St-Amour, fille mineure de Jean Baptiste GERVAIS ST-AMOUR, et feue Marguerite ROUSSELLE, le 15 février 1841 à Mercier (Ste-Philomène). [2]
