Born 24 JAN 1827 Pennsylvania
Ann Given married Cyrus E. Lewis on 4 June 1844 in Clark County, Ohio. Cyrus was "of age", and Ann was married with her parents' consent.[1]
The 1850 U.S. Census recorded Ama Lewis, age 24, a native of Pennsylvania, in Urbana, Champaign County, Ohio, with Cyrus Lewis 31, a farmer, born in Ohio; children James E Lewis, 4, Emma Lewis, 3, and William Lewis, 1, all born in Ohio; and Tatty Given, 52, a farmer, born in Pennsylvania (her father).[2]

Albert Frederick Lewis, son of Cyrus Lewis and Ann Given, married Laura Belle Poruitz(?), age 38, in Champaign County, Ohio, on 19 September 1900. Albert was a carpenter, 47 years old on 28 July 1900 born in Champaign County, Ohio, and living in Urban, Ohio. Laura Belle was a storekeeper, 38 years old in November 1900, born in Ohio. Both had been married once before; Albert was a widow and Laura was divorced. Laura's father was Jacob Daelhauser(?). [3]
