Biography

Louisa married Frederick Congdon in Truro, Nova Scotia on July 1, 1884^[1]. On their marriage registration, Frederick's occupation was listed as "Barrister at Law".

At the time of the 1891 Canada Census, Fredk, Louisa, and Guy Congdon were listed as living in Halifax, Nova Scotia, along with Frances Gladurn (marked as "Moth"), Ettie McInnes (marked as "Niece"), and a domestic^[2].

At the time of the 1901 Canada Census, Fred T., Louisa (mistranscribed as "Lousia"), Guy G, Winnifred, and Frances Congdon were listed as living in Halifax, Nova Scotia, along with two domestics^[3].

Louisa died in York, Seneca Township, Haldimand County, Ontario on January 17, 1930, and was buried in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Toronto, Ontario^[4].
