Biography
Margaret was the daughter of John Glasgow and Ann Jane Ferguson of Ballynasollus. [1]
Research Notes
She was alive and unmarried as of 1899 (stated in John's will) but does not appear in the 1901 census with her parents, and no marriage/death found with a place of Ballynasollus or nearby.
In the 1911 census her mother states she has 5 living children -- and there are 5 such excluding Margaret; suggesting she had died.
There are US records for a Margaret Glasgow of Killycurragh b. 11 Dec 1873, however there is a matching civil registration birth to Charles Glasgow .
Possible 1901 census - servant for the Lytle family in Maghera. She is 35 and born Tyrone.
Matching marriage - 1901 , Margaret of Maghera, dau of John Glasgow, to Thomas Kirkwood of Tullyheron.
1911 census - if correct then it might just mean the mother's child count was wrong.
